Notice of Quorum

Members of the Humboldt Unified School District Governing Board often attend events at the district schools and at other places in support of the district. These events are not meetings covered under Arizona's Open Meeting Law since that law requires both a majority of board members in attendance and discussion/deliberated at these events. However, in an effort to provide additional transparency to the public, the events listed below are district-related events in which a majority of board members may attend in support of the district. This list is not to be considered exclusive (other events not listed may occur) and is not required by law. 
 
 
District and School Sponsored Events
Including, but not limited to events, competitions, performances, other district and school sponsored special events, assemblies, graduations, promotions, student interscholastic sports, extracurricular activities and community events. 
 
Professional Organizations' Events
Including, but not limited to AASBO, ASBA, ASA, and other conferences, meetings, training, caucuses, etc.
