Career & Technology Education (CTE)

Today's cutting-edge, rigorous and relevant career and technical education (CTE) prepares our students for a wide range of high-wage, high-skill, and high-demand careers. By enrolling in a Career and Technical Education course or program, students learn the technical applications of many occupations while preparing for higher education or entry-level employment.

Career and Technical Education in Humboldt Unified School District is composed of seven program areas: Digital Photography, film & TV, Networking Technologies, Nursing Services, Professional Sales and Marketing, Sports Medicine, and Technical Theatre. Students at Bradshaw Mountain High School also have the opportunity to enroll in classes offered at the Mountain Institute JTED program. These classes include:

• Electrical Line Worker
• Medical Professions
• Pre-Engineering
• Automotive Technologies
• Welding Technologies

Many of the JTED classes are offered and taught by Yavapai College Professors.
