How to Access the IEP/504 Parent Portal

In order to provide access to your child’s IEP and 504 documents electronically, we are using the Parent Portal feature in our electronic IEP system, E-IEP Pro. Please follow the directions below to access your child’s documents. You will only be able to view finalized documents.

Go to: http://www.e-ieppro.com/humboldt/ParentPortal
Enter the email address that the district has in your child’s records
Retrieve the code sent to your email address
Enter the code into the parent portal prompt
You can then view all finalized IEP related documents
If you are not able to access the documents, contact the Special Services Office at 928-759-4040 or email jody.magdaleno @humboldtunified.com to troubleshoot.

If you do not have an email address, you can sign up for one and call our office with the information or request a mailed printed copy of the document.
