Bradshaw Mountain High School is fully accredited by the North Central Association Commission.  It is a comprehensive high school serving 1,787 students in grades 9-12.  Approximately 75% of the graduating students planned to enroll in a college, university or enlist in the military.

 Letter from the Principal

 Dear Parents/Guardians:

All East Campus personnel are now located at West Campus.  If you have any questions, please call 759-4100.
 
When enrolling your student, please bring along the following:
  • child's birth certificate
  • current immunizations record
  • proof of residency (current utility bill, rental contract, etc.)
  • class and parking permit fees.

REMINDER TO ALL PARENTS:

If you have a change of address, phone or other emergency information please notify Laurin in the Counseling Office at 759-4124.  Not having accurate information will result in  you not receiving mailings such as report cards or other reminders via the phone system.  Our ability to notify you in case of an emergency is also compromised.

                                          in the cafeteria and sophomores/freshmen picking up in the gym.

Make Up Finals

January 5-January 16--Before School or After School only.  Contact Mr. Akers in the Counseling Office to schedule a time to make up the finals..

Silver Apple Award

A total of 8 Silver Apple Awards will be presented to your favorite teachers during 2008-2009 school year.  Any student enrolled may nominate a teacher by completing the official nomination form.  Stop in the office to get a nomination form from Ms. Diane.

Relay for Life

Relay for Life is looking for strong leaders to start up a Relay for Life team as a Team Captain!  Want more infor?  The first team captains meeting is on Monday, January 12th at 5:00 PM.  The committee meeting will be on the same night after the team captains.  Come out and be part of the cure!

Yearbook

Order your yearbook now.  Price is $55.00.  A  $20.00 deposit required to hold your book.  Forms available in the High School Office.

Attendance

An exciting new program is being implemented for perfect attendance per quarter.  Each quarter one lucky student will win an IPOD for having perfect attendance that quarter.  We just finished 1st quarter and a winner has been named.  Second quarter has started, so be here every day until winter break and you will be entered into our second drawing for an IPOD.

Homework Hotline

Homework giving you a hard time?

Embry Riddle is offering a Homework Hotline Tutor program.  Tutors will be available Sunday-Thursday evening from 6:00-9:00 p.m.  Either via the phone or through your computer.  The cost is $20.00 a month.   Please pick up a flyer in the Guidance Center if you are interested or want more information.

Brand new Student Handbook 

The brand new Student Handbook for the 08-09 school year is now available online. You can click on the link on the left side of the screen called "Student Handbook" or the link above under the drop down menu called "About Us" to access this resource.

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center, located at Liberty Traditional School, needs clothes.  As you clean out drawers and closets please consider donating any type of clothing (infant, toddler, pre-teen, teen, men and women) to the Center.  The Center is also accepting shoes and underclothing. Bring items to the nurse's office at BMHS-West. Thank you.
