The Department of Transportation boasts an impressive 68 bus fleet. With the consistently growing student population and addition of a fourth high school, the Department of Transportation stands ready to assist in getting our students to and from school and school related events safely. Our drivers are highly trained professionals that carry many credentials. Our bus assistants are educated in student behavior, CPR, First Aid, and emergency procedures. All of our drivers go through yearly training and also attend monthly safety meetings.

We staff some of the finest mechanics in the industry. Our highly skilled Transportation Department not only over sees maintenance on our yellow school bus fleet but our white fleet as well. They are committed to safety as well as returning buses to the line in a timely fashion. When you see our buses driving down the road, you will notice we have the cleanest and safest buses in the State.
